Comments by the citizens to address the eradication of corruption is very important. Certain comments could be made public while others cannot be.
Those who wish to make comments can do so either here o here which provides for submitting complaints of any type, if they wish them to be made public. In both the cases provisions are made to keep the information confidential also.

Department Comments
We do not from experience expect comments to be given by most of the departments. However we can force the department to give appropriate information using the RTI Act and these would be treated as comments of the respective department and all such thing would be put here
In exceptional case, where a department really comes forward to offer comments, such comments would be put up here in an appropriate manner

pragati KARNATAKA makes comments only on information published in News Papers, or in respect of information obtained under the RTI Act
However pragati KARNATAKA conducts confidential Surveys and those results would be put at appropriate places on this website.
pragati KARNATAKA also receives many confidential information and depending on the nature of information received changes and additions would be made at appropriate places.

No Department cannot talk about tackling corruption without not just protecting whistleblowers but also encouraging whistleblowing.
Whistleblowing is the only effective way to tackle corruption if the Head of the Department himself is corrupt.
One may measure corruption, allow people to report corruption but if no action is taken against all those indulging in corruption
